• A non returnable deposit of $150.00 is required to hold the date on the calendar. Please return this form ASAP.
• A $300 deposit is required when making reservations within 6 months or less of reservation date.
• The remaining amount is due upon arrival on your retreat day
• The retreat coordinator is required to:
  (a) Contact the manager within three days of the retreat to advise our staff of the final count of registrants and any dietary restrictions (full service retreats only).
  (b) Provide a registration list of retreatants with ledgible names and addresses at the time of the retreat.
• Fees are based on an arrival time of 4pm and a departure time of 2pm.
  It is the responsibility of the coordinator to arrange with the manager any deviation in the schedule.
