Full service retreats: 1st night minimum charge is $1275 per group ($85 pp x 15 guests)
Additional night minimum charge is $1125 per group ($75 pp x 15 guests)
Turnkey retreats: (Guests provide all their own food) Minimum charge is $525 ($35 pp x 15 guests)
Rates are per person per day based on a check in time of 4pm and a check out time of 2pm.
Linens are included. (bring soap and toiletries) Except for turnkey retreats, rates include three meals.
Day only use of the house: Monday - Thursday $150 Friday - Sunday $250. Use of kitchen: additional charge $50
Per person meal charges: These apply when negotiating a change in the daily rate for full services and/or for turnkey retreats
where the group wishes to hire Senexet staff to cater individual meals.
Catering charges: Coffee break $3 Breakfast $7 Brunch $9 Lunch $12 Dinner $20
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 pay half price; over 12 pay full price.
